A Haenyeo diver walks to her dive site on Udo Island, a small island off the coast of Jeju Island, South Korea. Haenyeo translates to "sea woman", and is a job traditionally done by women. They dive up to 20 meters to collect shellfish. It is a tradition many fear is dying off, because the younger generation have little interest in the work, and many seek employment in larger cities in Korea.
